Alpha 1430 V(C)

Alpha 1430 V(C) includes all necessary components for a spraying installation mounted through a subframe onto a standard truck chassis, resulting in a highly mobile spraying unit that can travel between construction sites on public roads. Designed for tunnel profiles of up to 14 meters in height and 20 meters in width, the Alpha 1430 V(C) is equipped with the unmatched, low-pulsation NSP 30 concrete pump with a theoretical maximum pumping capacity of 25 m³/h and an advanced control system. Furthermore, the machine has an accurate dosing system with a peristaltic pump and a high-capacity accelerator tank with a volume of 1000 l IBC to minimize the need for refilling. Smooth and uniform spraying results are made possible with the agile and precise spraying boom and, additionally, the Alpha 1430 V(C) can be fitted with a remote control system. Featuring a powerful electro-hydraulic power pack, an optional air compressor and hydraulic support legs, the machine thrives in even the most demanding underground concrete spraying operations.
